We are engaged in design and manufacture of Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Filters & oil coolers, to meet individual customers' requirements. Fabrication is done in accordance with ASME Code Section 8 Division 1.

SHELL and TUBE TYPE OIL COOLER AND HEAT EXCHANGERS

Heat Exchanger Facts: A heat exchanger is a device for transferring heat from one fluid to another, where a solid wall separates the fluids so that they never mix. They are widely used in refrigeration, air conditioning, space heating, power production, and chemical processing. One common example of a heat exchanger is the radiator in a car, in which the hot radiator fluid is cooled by the flow of air over the radiator surface.

General Description: Standard heat exchangers particularly made for heavy duty ever with medium pressure ranges. The composition can be made with different choice of materials, all sort of combinations make this type of exchangers versatile enough to solve any problem of fluids, flows, even with high duty rating.

Construction Base Type EM1 Tube Bundle: Normally we use straight copper tubes of extremely high efficiency. The tubes are rolled into the tube sheets, to give the most rugged construction even under vibration.

Baffles: Punched from steel plates, with supporting lips for higher thermal efficiency and more safety in case of vibration.

Shell & Tubesheets: Welded carbon steel construction, to give most rugged exchanger, adequate thickness for t trouble free long life. Shell side connections made also for customers requirement, over the standard threaded connections we propose flanges

Covers: Standard exchangers with carbon steel covers, in the 4 or 2 pass versions.
We also supply replacement heat exchangers & tube bundles for many brands, which include Atlas Copco, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Ingersoll-Rand. Our replacements meet &/or exceed the original OEM quality, specifications & performance.
